Our Golden Book Star this week is...

Venushika V

Venu has earned her place in the golden book this week for her persistence and her constant ability to amaze every adult she works with! Venu is a hard-working, determined child who soaks up new information like a sponge. She has a thirst for knowledge that is admirable and she always tries her best in everything she does. This week, not only has Venu earned her provisional pen license, she has also astounded our entire class with her speedy knowledge of her times tables, division facts and number bonds to 100. Venu is a keen reader who reads every night and this is so evident from the incredible writing she produces each lesson. Her extensive vocabulary and varied sentence structures always make her work exciting to mark. Well done Venu, I think our whole class would agree that you definitely deserve this award!
