Homework:

Homework will begin to look a little different this year.

Children will be set English and Maths homework in their own Collins revision books.  Pages will be shared with the children each week.  They are encouraged to write the homework and due date in the front of their books.  The homework will also be shared on the noticeboard in the Year 6 reception, so children can recheck pages at any point.   

Please encourage your child to approach their teacher should they need any homework support, prior to the due date.

Please remember that homework is to be done to the same high standards as all our work in Year 6! That means: best handwriting; writing to be done in pencil (unless you have your pen licence); always try your best!

Spellings:

Children will be given 10 spellings each week to learn, which are posted on ClassDojo and uploaded to EdShed.
