Week 13

Hello lovely Year 5s,

 

Week 13 of lockdown (week beginning 15th June)! It feels like a long time ago that we were at school and I am missing you all. Hope you are all getting on ok with your home learning and finding time to do lots of fun and relaxing activities!

 

This week, we are continuing our Learning Challenge 'What is the impact of International Trade on me?' English lessons will be SPaG and reading focused and Maths will be continue to follow the White Rose scheme.

On Thursday the 18th June, The Duchess of Cambridge will lead an online assembly for the Oak National Academy during which she will speak about the importance of mental wellbeing among children. The theme of the Duchess’ assembly is ‘spread a little kindness.’ 

The assembly will be live on the Oak National Academy website at 11am on Thursday 18 June and can be accessed here:

It is important that we look after our mental health during these different times so that we can relax and feel happy even though we are not following our usual routine. Hope you are all looking after yourself!
