The School Day

School Opening Hours

Our compulsory school day amounts to 32.5 hours in a typical week, including break and lunchtime. This does not include optional before- or after-school activities.

• Classroom doors open: 8:40am
• Morning registration: 8:50am
• Lunch begins: 12:00pm
• Afternoon registration: 1:00pm
• Compulsory school day ends: 3:20pm

The compulsory school day therefore runs from 8:50am to 3:20pm, five days a week.
